What Do You Serve With Quiche?

Do you ever wonder what goes into making quiche?
There’s no doubt that quiche is delicious but did you know there are many different types of quiches?
In this blog post I’m going to share with you my top 5 favorite recipes for quiche.

Light or protein salad

Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. After the crust is done, remove it from the oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, fill the crust with whatever ingredients you choose. For the filling, you can use any combination of cheeses, meats, and vegetables. You can even combine different types of cheeses to create a unique flavor.

Focaccia bread with spinach and rosemary

This recipe is very easy to make. First, mix the yeast with the sugar and water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then stir in the flour and salt. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Next, knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and flatten slightly. Place the balls on a greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450° F 230° C. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve hot or cold.

Tomato bisque

To make tomato bisque, you will need: 2 cups of chopped tomatoes fresh or canned, 1/2 cup of diced onions, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/4 cup of white wine, 1/4 cup heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to boil. Add the tomatoes and simmer until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain and reserve the liquid. Puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the onions, garlic, parsley, basil, and wine. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the reserved tomato liquid over medium heat. Whisking constantly, add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil and reduce the heat. Pour the mixture over the tomato puree and gently whisk together. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with additional parsley.

Whole roasted cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt & Pepper

Fondant potatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread onto baking sheet and roast until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano in bowl; stir well. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and mix well. Stir in 1 egg yolk. Season mixture with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 12 1/2-inch balls. Roll each ball in remaining 1 tablespoon bread crumbs. Place balls on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Serves 6.

Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with a balsamic vinegar glaze.
